1. Surcharge Policy

  • Corkage fee: 100,000 VND per table (2–4 guests).
  • Sound & projection screen: 3,000,000 VND per event (up to 4 hours).
  • Backdrop production: 1,500,000 VND (including design, printing, and installation).
  • Stage setup: 1,500,000 VND.

2. Children Policy

  • Under 5 years old: Complimentary.
  • 5 to 10 years old: Charged at 50% of the adult price.
  • From 11 years old: Charged at 100% of adult price.

3. FOC (Free of Charge) Policy

  • 1 FOC for every 16 paid meals.
  • 1 FOC for tour guides/drivers in groups of 10 guests or more.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Fewer than 16 guests: Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance
  • 16–39 guests: Free cancellation up to 48 hours in advance
  • 40 guests or more: Free cancellation up to 72 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit

5. Modification policy

  • Free date changes if notified 24 hours in advance (under 15 guests)
  • Free date changes if notified 48 hours in advance (over 15 guests)
  • Late changes may be treated as cancellations

6. VAT Policy

  • Prices exclude VAT.
  • 8% VAT applies for food and soft drinks.
  • 10% VAT applies for beer and alcoholic beverages.

7. Buffet Policy

  • Buffet service is available for groups of 30 guests or more.
  • Dining time for buffet service ranges from 60 to 90 minutes.
  • The restaurant reserves the right to adjust buffet duration during peak hours or special events.
