Its spacious interior features multiple dining zones that can comfortably accommodate groups of 2-6 pax, 10-20 pax, and 30-50 pax, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and large-scale events. Overall, the venue can host up to 450-500 guests, catering to a wide range of occasions such as traveler visits, friend group meet-ups, family gatherings, cultural festivals, corporate meetings, and large tour parties.

Head Chef Esak has nearly 20 years of experience working in Indian restaurants across India, Cambodia, Singapore, and Vietnam. He is known for his mastery of regional Indian cuisines, precise spice balancing, and the ability to recreate authentic home-style and restaurant-style Indian dishes that resonate deeply with Indian travelers. A dedicated South Indian chef with 15–19 years of experience further strengthens the kitchen, adding depth and authenticity to traditional South Indian flavors.

Finding proper Indian food abroad is always a challenge, but this restaurant was a gem. The non-veg set menu had rich flavors, perfect spice levels, and beautiful presentation-very upscale but still affordable. It’s an excellent spot for Indians seeking authentic taste, quality service, and a refined atmosphere.
As an Indian traveler, I’m always cautious about trying Indian food abroad, but The One Indian Halong Restaurant exceeded every expectation. The spices, flavors, and balance were exactly right - nothing felt adapted or watered down. The veg set menu reminded me of meals back home. Truly comforting and authentic.
We came here for a family dinner and absolutely loved it. The space is clean, refined, and has subtle Indian touches that make it feel special. The service was warm and attentive, and the vegetarian set menu was outstanding. This is now our go-to restaurant whenever we’re in Ha Long.
